Zynga, the company behind numerous cool Facebook game hits like Cafe World, Yoville, Farm Ville and not forgetting Mafia Wars have came up with another new pet themed game - Petville

If you have been a great fan of Pet Society, you will find the gameplay of Petville is almost the same. Basically you get to customise your pet, dressing it up, cleaning it, feeding it, going shopping, visiting friends  and decorating your own home. I love the idea of feeding your pet and coming back according to your time set to get a reward. It definately beats running to the food shop now and then to buy food and checking back every so often to find your pet starving again. The only thing I didn’t like about it, is the pet keeps scratching its back. Maybe from a certain angle it looks cute but to me, I find that it looks a little… Well… Not that it is unacceptable but I would rather it stops doing that!

Overall I’m glad that Zynga came out with another pet themed flash game. Even though the game idea is not totally new but I always believe that when there’s competition, there will be improvements!
